The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and small appliances. It includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The washing machine is located in the utility room, where you can also hang your laundry. The apartment has an aerothermal hot water system and a centralized air conditioning system with a heat pump (heating and cooling). The living/dining room is very bright and features a dining table for four, a large sofa with a chaise lounge, and a 55" Smart TV with wired internet access.
